Are you guys licensed?
YES, all our technicians are fully licensed. Don’t risk using dodgy unlicensed company and ruin your special day. As the saying goes “cheap fireworks aren’t good, good fireworks aren’t cheap”.
Can I buy fireworks from you guys?
NO, we cannot sell you any sort of fireworks. Under the Australian Law it is illegal to sell or buy fireworks without a valid pyro license, individuals caught with illegal fireworks can face up to 15 years jail time and up to $20k fines.
Can the fireworks trigger smoke alarms in venue?
Yes it can, however we will always liase with the venue to make sure all smoke detectors/systems are isolated before proceeding. It is also recommended that you confirm with your venue/reception about their policy in regards to indoor fireworks before making any booking(s) with us, as some venue do not allow indoor fireworks.
What area do you guys service?
We provide all our services anywhere in VICTORIA ONLY, unfortunately we do not accept any interstate booking(s). Travel fees may apply depening on your location.
What happens after I make a booking?
We will send you an invoice with the deposit amount payable. Once deposit paid your booking is locked in. We will proceed with all relevant permit application and notify all relevant authorities. You do not need to worry about a thing, all is taken care off by us.
When will you arrive at the venue/reception to setup?
No matter what package you choose, we guarantee to have everything setup and ready to go at least 30 minutes prior to the event starting time. We guarantee to always be on time and deliver what we promise.
